Our Services & expertise
The Director of Ziphilise Construction & Cleaning Enterprise started his career in industrial roofing in 1976. An apprenticeship with BTS Roofing, worked for HH Robertson (JHB) for 2 years. Came back to Durban and worked for H. Burde & Co for 15 years, became contract manager for H. Burde & Co in his early 30’s until the company closed its Durban branch. Started sub-contracting for M.J Cheater and continued sub-contracting for them for 18 years, under the name of Quinton Sullaphen Industrial Roof.
Ziphilise Construction & Cleaning Enterprise was registered in 2013 with the aim of moving away from sub-contract work. Started doing maintenance work for Toyota South Africa in 2014 and continues to do roofing and roof maintenance at Toyota and Tanker Services. Currently still doing roofing and maintenance at Toyota and Tanker Services.
